Provide her with an overview of your requirements, including the number of cushions needed and the specific space they'll adorn. She’d love to see images of the area to better understand your aesthetic preferences and help support the design process.

Fabric Selection
Delve into a world of quality as you explore premium fabrics, perfect for crafting custom cushions. Browse Warwick's vast range of quality fabrics or Hemptech collection of natural fabrics, both online or visit one of their showrooms located throughout New Zealand. Or make a time to visit our showroom to experience the textures and colours firsthand.
We understand the importance of colour accuracy, which is why we recommend viewing fabrics in person to ensure they complement your surroundings perfectly. We can request fabric samples on your behalf so you can see how they fit with your existing decor, whether you're envisioning custom window seat cushions for a cozy reading nook or hard wearing caravan squab covers for your next adventure.

Measure & Customise
Precision is paramount in creating custom cushions that fit seamlessly into your space. Michelle will visit your location to take precise measurements, ensuring a flawless fit for your custom made cushions, or squabs. If the furniture item is easily transportable, such as a squab, or small dining chair, you can make a time to visit Michelle at her studio for measurements. During this consultation, Michelle will discuss finer details such as edging options (piped vs. flanged), foam densities, and thickness preferences.

Quotation
Following Michelle's thorough consultation and measurement process, she'll provide you with a detailed quotation for your custom cushion order. This comprehensive quote will encompass all aspects of your project, from fabric costs to labour and delivery fees. Rest assured that there are no hidden costs—our aim is to provide you with exceptional value for your investment in premium, tailor-made furnishings. Once you're satisfied with the quote, simply approve it to proceed to the next stage.

Order Fabric & Create
With your approval secured, Michelle will swing into action, ordering the selected fabrics and commencing her meticulous crafting process.
